Outings

Outings may be booked up to a year in advance and for the privilege of doing this our outing package is set up as follow

• Prices include green fees, cart fees,and $6.00 per player for merchandises prizes.
• An Outing Contract must be submitted, completed and signed by the tournament coordinator and accompanied by a deposit of $250.00 (less than 60 players) or $ 500.00 (60 players or more) in order to secure your outing date. (This deposit may be refunded ONLY if the outing is washed out by inclement weather and cannot be rescheduled or by any other legitimate reason as long as the cancellation is outside 7 days before you outing date.)
• A guaranteed minimum count of players is required 10 days in advance of the outing date and full payment must be received 7 days in advance of your outing. By settling your account in advance, this allows you to relax and enjoy your day and we avoid the possibility of overlooking something.
• Our professional staff is available to help you facilitate your outing. We will provide competition markers for your tournament and play coordinators to monitor pace of play and to be available to lend assistance if and problems arise.
  Optional services include:
  1. scoring assistance,
  2. rental clubs and a pre-tournament instruction clinic.
  These services must be arranged at least three weeks prior to your date and costs may vary.
• Tee-off for your outing may be arranged either with straight tee times or with a shot-gun start (all groups starting at different holes at the same time, thus finishing play at the same time.) In order to close the course for your outing for a shot-gun start you must have a minimum of 60 players. Otherwise we reserve the right to fill in groups from the general public to fill the golf course.
• On the day of your event, please have your guests arrive a half hour before the scheduled tee time so they can register without rushing. A registration table will be set up at your request.
• Our staff will be responsible for staging the golf carts for your shotgun start. If you are putting sponsor signs up on the tees and need help doing so please let us know in advance so may provide personnel to help you.

• Since we are in the business of selling food and beverage, we ask that you do not bring your own food and no personal coolers are allowed on the golf course.
• We also ask that your golf shoes be of the non-metal spike variety and if you need to change out your spikes, we have the non-metal kind in stock and can assist you in the changeover.
