Dear Golfer,

I take great pleasure in announcing to you that B&D Golf Inc. has now taken over the lease for Carriage Pines Golf @ Rowley Country Club and that the golf course is scheduled to be in operation for the next few years.

Now you can be assured that you can continue to enjoy the same great quality of golf at Rowley and in fact I am looking at ways to further improve the course.

Less you have any reservations, let me tell you about my background. A graduate of Cornell University and a participant in many Amateur Golf tournaments, I have been actively involved as a player, operator, and consultant in the golf course business for 40 + years... I have designed a number of golf courses and driving ranges. I owned and operated Colonial Country Club in Lynnfield, designed and opened New Seabury Golf Course in Mashpee, and currently lease Cedar Glen Golf Course in Saugus. I am also an important part of the golf operations at Hillview Country Club in North Reading. In short, I understand golf from both the managerial and player perspectives.

I look forward to meeting you in the club house and on the course.
